The Best Experience I've Ever Had. Godspeed

Wow, this feels so surreal. I've been dreading writing this email, so I have been putting it off. I remember 18 months ago, preparing to leave my family and my friends for something I knew was going to be very hard. I'll never forget the feeling that I felt when I walked into the MTC. I've never felt so much peace before. I knew it was exactly where I was supposed to be, and I knew that I was going to be okay. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for the opportunity to serve. I'm so grateful for every day that I have had to wake up and choose Jesus Christ by representing him. Leaving my mission is harder than coming out in the first place. When I first came out, my mission president said, "You've already done the hardest part, the easy part is staying." It's so true because you have every reason to stay. This is the place. The place where I've laughed, cried, sweat, bled, froze my butt off, loved, and this is the place where I feel home. ...

Lil' Buggy here. Y'ALL GOTTA BELIEVE THIS, OKAY!!! Sister N and dog can attest, I made 90 shots in basketball today. Just had to leave my mark on Waukee before I go home. Greetings, lads and lassies! 'Tis your favorite princess, Lil Kimmy Quist, the complete menace and unit on any court, and queen of cuticle care. It brings me copious amounts of joy to report the past week. 'Twas indeed a vivacious and insouciant week. So where shall I start? Well, let's begin with the icon himself, Elder Pettitt. For the past three weeks, he has pulled up to our district P-day, making it indubitably radical and will inevitably make a return next week. Alright, that's all the time I have. TTYL, lovers! Okay, Sister Liljenquist here now. You know those times when you go on your favorite vacation with your favorite people and you just want time to stop? Welcome to my brain, hahaha. I just wish time would stop. I thank my Heavenly Father every day for placing me in a district and zone leadership with these amazing missionaries who I love so freakin' much. This is about to be the hardest breakup I've ever been through, saying goodbye to my best frien...
