Stanford Who?!?!

Hiiii everyone! I hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving!!! This week was super busy so I'll give some highlights! 

 

 

I've been sick most of the week so that's been tough! I felt a lot better by thanksgiving and now I'm kinda crashing again so that's unfortunate! But that's okay!! 

 

 

For Thanksgiving we went to the Telfords (a members house) and it was so fun and yummy!! We also hung out with our district and played some uno and basketball!! We also went to this place called Perkins which is like a Dennys and just vibed so that was pretty sick!! 

 

 

Friday we had exchanges and I was with Sister Maynard!!! We stayed in Mount Pleasant and Sister Blackburn went to Quincy with the other stl (Sister training leader) it was such a vibe!!! We had some really cool miracles and basically nothing fell through (which is a miracle) which was awesome!! We were able to get into contact with someone we've been trying to get into contact with for a long time so that was awesome!! 

 

 

Nothing else really! We did have some less actives and someone we are teaching came to church so that was sick!! 

 

 

Spiritual thought: 

Proverbs 3:5-6 

5 ¶ Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

   6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Happy Monday, everyone! Hope you all had the best week/Thanksgiving. Here are some highlights of my week. Okay, so flashback to a couple of weeks ago when I was serving in Indianola. Sister Hopkins and I went to visit a referral who said she wasn't interested. We noticed a dude sitting on his porch, so we went to walk over, but he was gone, and there was a big pit bull barking at us and running across the deck. We decided to knock on the house next door. When we went to knock, the dude walked back outside. We walked back over to him and asked if he wanted to hear a message.
