Training?!?!?

Suppp everyone!!! Love and miss you all!!!! Winter is here and Iowa cold is a whole other level haha! On Wednesday it was high 70s and then it dropped real quick to below 30s! I thought everyone was telling me it was this cold before my mission was full of crap but nah they were not playing that's for sure. This week was super awesome and crazy so imma give some highlights!!

First off y'all are probs wondering what the title is all about! We got transfer news last night and I'm gonna be training. Thank you Sister Johnsen for jinxing it hahah jkjk! She always joked with me that I would turn around the train and here we are! Pray for my trainee haha jkjk but for now idk what I'm doing!! I trust the Lord though!!

- On Wednesday we went and did service at the Nauvoo temple with our zone!! We raked leaves and it was super lit! I also got to see my kindergarten teacher!!!! Small world for real and that made my day!! She is a senior missionary at the Nauvoo temple!

- We also had some sisters stay the night with us so that was a party!!! Then we had sister Maynard join us for the day on Thursday and that was super fun being in a trio for the day!!!

- We had district lunch on Friday at bdubs!!!! I upgraded from the mini corn dogs to wings and tbh idk what I've been doing my whole life, don't clown me

- We had some really cool lessons with our people this week and they are progressing a ton!!!!!

- I found someone who's favorite candy bar is also Hershey almond and also someone who only eats peanut butter sandwiches with no jam!! All I'm saying is y'all are wrong

Sorry this week was super random and all over the place so I don't have a ton!

Spiritual thought:

Mosiah 3:19

19 For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man and becometh a saint through the atonement of Christ the Lord, and becometh as a child, submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him, even as a child doth submit to his father.

I love this scripture because I love how it talks about submitting to the Lord. I know the lord has a plan for every single person. I know the Lord needs me to train this new missionary and as much as I feel like idk what I'm doing the Lord knows I'm capable and he needs me. I know this is what he wants for me and for her and I know that he has a plan for each and everyone of you we just have to learn to submit to his will! I know it's worth it even when it's hard!!

ALSO big shout out to the lil bro Chuck for making the CC bball team!! You're a baller chuck man, I can't wait to watch you ball out when I get home!!! I'm so proud of you!!!! He's the hardest worker I know!!

I love you all so much!! Email me!!!
