God Is Good

Can I just say how grateful I am for the leaders of the church? I know for a fact that they are called of God. I know President Nelson is our living prophet on the earth today. I love them so much! I'm so grateful for their counsel and their service.


Quick email today because I'm running out of time, haha!


Started off this week with a bang at zone conference! So good! Also, shoutout to me; we were running fast out the door, so I quickly put my dress on. Halfway through zone conference, we went to the bathroom, and I looked down and had my shorts still on. Luckily, you couldn't see them!


We had exchanges in our area, and lucky me, I got to be with Sister Almond again! It was so cool. We had a lesson fall through, so we were walking and saw the cutest people outside. We talked to them and asked if they knew anyone who would be interested in a message. The mom, Patricia, said, "We would be open to a message," so we shared a powerful message with her and her twin daughters. She told us we could come back and share more with them and her husband!


God is so good! Life is so good out here!

Happy Monday, everyone! Hope you all had the best week/Thanksgiving. Here are some highlights of my week. Okay, so flashback to a couple of weeks ago when I was serving in Indianola. Sister Hopkins and I went to visit a referral who said she wasn't interested. We noticed a dude sitting on his porch, so we went to walk over, but he was gone, and there was a big pit bull barking at us and running across the deck. We decided to knock on the house next door. When we went to knock, the dude walked back outside. We walked back over to him and asked if he wanted to hear a message. He said yes, so we walked up and sat down and realized real quick that the man wasn't in the right state of mind. We respectfully told him that our message is the most important message he could ever hear, but that the Holy Ghost testifies of the truth we share, and that he wasn't in a place for the spirit to be.
